We work directly with expats and locals who owns furnished properties that they would like to rent out to visitors for extended periods of periods. However, our core group paid subscribers in our other sites include property management companies that have larger portfolios and are in the specific businesss of managing these properties.

Once available, we will be providing numerous listings of furnished rental properties from all around China. We plan to first unveil the site by focusing on three major and comparably more populated cities; Beijing, Shanghai and Xian. All these three cities have large populations of foreigners residing in them for several reasons. For example, Beijing has a large population of students that arrived to China specifically to learn Chinese. Mandarin dialect spoken by Beijingers is accepted as a standard although it is possible to hear many different dialects all aroudn the country. Because locals in Shanghai speak Shanganese, it makes it difficult for foreigners to practice Mandarin at all times if they choose to live and learn in Shanghai.

Shanghai due to its dynamic economy and popular nightlife is also a premier business city that attracts many expats. Both cities are home to a lot of serviced apartments and it is possible to find a furnished rental almost in every neighborhood.

This site is projected to be coded to support mandarin characters, designed to reflect the true nature of Chinese culture and will be uploaded to start assisting our visitors in their search for furnished rental apartments in China.
